Are you passionate about helping people and delivering outstanding customer service?
Do you have experience in the RTO, NDIS or disability sector and enjoy building strong relationships?
As the Customer Care Engagement Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for participants, helping connect them with the right programs and services while delivering a positive customer experience.
You'll respond to enquiries, support referrals, maintain participant relationships and work closely with internal teams to ensure participants receive the support they need.
