Selection Criteria:Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues and an ability to work within an acute mental health setting.Commitment to interact with patients and facilitate unit activities.Demonstrated ability to perform duties and tasks with minimal supervision.Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member.Good written/verbal skills and sound computer and keyboard skills.Current 1 A Security licence.Demonstrated experience in the security and or health industry and knowledge of duress alarm systems.Sound knowledge of WH&S; issues and understanding of the requirement for strict confidentiality.
