We would love to receive your application to undertake this role and join our innovative, caring and compassionate multidisciplinary team.The Registered Nurse/CMH Clinician will provide comprehensive strengths based and recover focused assessments with consumers and the formulation of time limited packages of care signed off by consumers and their care givers.
