Where you'll be workingBased across Greater Newcastle Community Nursing teams with sites at Newcastle, Raymond Terrace, Wallsend, Windale and Toronto, you'll deliver care throughout Newcastle, Port Stephens and Lake Macquarie LGAs.
Working Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:30pm) from Community Health Centres and clients' homes, you'll provide hands-on nursing where people feel most comfortable.

About the roleAs a Community Enrolled Nurse, you'll deliver person-centred, evidence-based care under the indirect supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs), working alongside clients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Your daily work includes home visits and clinic appointments for wound assessment/management (including compression bandaging), urinary catheter care, palliative support, client prioritisation, timely referrals and clear RN handovers.
