Role Title: Rehabilitation Consultant
Location: Office based in Darwin, Northern Territory
Hours: Monday-Friday ******:00pm hybrid working WFH
About The Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve protected and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plansBuild strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomesDeliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomesMonitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes

The requirements:
Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Registered NurseOR Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology Registration with the relevant Professional Body; AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASWFull Australian work rights + Australian Driver's Licence
