We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists.This is an exciting chance to combine hands-on clinical work with professional leadership, supporting both clients and the development of early-career physiotherapists.About the RoleAs a Physiotherapist with My Community Health, you will play a key role in helping older people maintain their independence, mobility and quality of life while remaining safely in their own homes.You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions focused on:Mobility assessment and improvementPain management strategiesStrength, balance and falls prevention programsRehabilitation following illness, injury or hospitalisationFunctional capacity assessmentsEquipment and mobility aid recommendationsHealth promotion and wellbeing initiativesCollaborative care planning with Support at Home providersIn addition to managing your own caseload, you will provide mentoring and clinical guidance to graduate and early-career physiotherapists,
