You will design, implement and evaluate targeted education programs that strengthen clinical performance and improve patient outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will be to:Develop and deliver orientation, onboarding, mandatory and ongoing CPD programsMentor, coach and assess nurses to ensure clinical competence and progressionProvide bedside teaching that translates advanced knowledge into real-time practicePartner with Nurse Managers and CNCs to align education with service prioritiesDrive innovation,



change and quality improvement initiatives within the ED You will maintain clinical currency and provide direct care when required to support learning or in emergency circumstances.

Essential Requirement:Registration: Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria: Demonstrated extensive clinical experience and/ or post registration qualification in the relevant speciality and nursing career development/education.Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change within the context of best practice clinical care and workplace cultureDemonstrated ability to design, implement and evaluate clinical education at the ward level, and provide support and guidance to ensure an appropriately skilled and qualified nursing and midwifery workforce,



working within appropriate models of care.Demonstrated effective and high level communication skills including negotiation and conflict resolutions skills in addition to proven ability to motivate and engage people in the clinical setting.Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous improvement whilst ensuring currency of practice in the relevant specialty.Strong commitment to the on-going development/enhancement of nursing practice within a patient centred, multi-disciplinary clinical environment.Relevant computer skills including database programmes and data entry.
