We are on the lookout for Team Leaders to help develop the growth of our Queensland teams in Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast .

Services we offer our clients are:Cleaning (we use eco-friendly al.ive products, that smell amazing!)Household support – Linen change overs, Laundry, Organising and TidingMeal Prep and CookingLife Admin and ErrandsNanning and Pet SittingAs the QLD Manager, you will be responsible for the on the ground operations, as well as servicing our client homes.
Your role will include but not be limited too:Team Management:Leading and growing our QLD team (currently team of roughly 8 employees)Recruitment, Onboarding and Training of new employeesCoordinating team rosters, schedules and manages changesOrganising team social events and culture activitiesSupport and guide the team on the ground at clients homesClient Management:Client Management, onboarding and schedulingManaging new client enquires and undertake regular check insHandling client feedbackCoordinate client billing including charges, invoices and adjustmentsOther:Marketing - Assisting with local marketing (social media, social events,



promoting BLH)Administration duties when requiredOther duties as requested by managementTo be successful in this position you must have the following:Experience as a people leader and loves leading a team!
Passion and care to build genuine relationships and provide quality servicesExcellent English and Communication skills (both written and verbal)Be well presented with great initiative, a can-do attitude and a problem solverExceptional eye for detail, thoroughness and the willingness to learnExceptional time management skills and efficient work habitsOwn vehicle with current drivers' license (must have)Willingness to obtain employee Working with Children check and National Police Check.What's in it for you?
