We're bringing a premium fish and chip takeaway experience to Mackay, with a unique Recent Zealand-inspired twist, and we're looking for the right person to help make it happen.

About the Role
• Full-time / casual position
• Help build and shape our new takeaway kitchen
• Prepare premium fish and chips using quality local seafood
• Bring creativity and passion to a Recent Zealand-inspired menu
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency




• Work alongside a supportive, family-owned business with an excellent local reputation
We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Has solid experience cooking fish and chips
• Has experience with, or a passion for, Current Zealand-inspired takeaway food (highly regarded)
• Loves creating quality food and takes pride in presentation
• Can work independently and take ownership of the kitchen
• Is reliable, motivated, and enjoys being part of building something recent
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
