as outlined in the Role DescriptionA response to the screening question in your applicationAbout the OpportunityThis role will co-ordinate the implementation of projects to improve cancer outcomes of refugee communities and deliver against objectives of the NSW Cancer Plan, Refugee Health Plan and NSW Plan for Healthy Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities: ********* which contribute to the achievement of Cancer Screening and Prevention Division strategic priorities and our Multi-cultural Project objectives.Essential RequirementsDemonstrated experience in project management and the application of project management principles and techniques.Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health discipline, management or related discipline, or relevant industry experience in the multicultural and or refugee sector.Excellent understanding of the health needs of people from culturally and linguistically diverse Communities, including people from refugee communities, and relevant trends, issues, policies and practices.Demonstrated experience in implementing projects for culturally and linguistically diverse communities through project planning, implementation and evaluation within an evidence-based framework for multicultural or refugee communities.Demonstrated ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful program implementation and sustainability.Pre-Screening QuestionsProvide an example where you have successfully led a health improvement project thank has benefited culturally and linguistically diverse communities and/or refugee communities.
