There will be one position primarily based with the Lake Macquarie team (Dudley Road, Charlestown) and one position primarily based with the Newcastle team (Watt Street, Newcastle).
Both positions are members of the Greater Newcastle Mental Health Service and Mental Health Intake Service Leadership Team and will work collaboratively across both sites to support standardised models of care, clinical performance, and clinical governance processes.The Clinical Coordinator provides senior clinical leadership across large multidisciplinary teams, supporting the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented mental health care in acute and complex community settings.
These roles operate in fast-paced, time-critical environments and are integral to clinical governance, performance management, and service improvement.
