Ongoing Full-Time Role Location Blacktown Competitive salary ranging from $113,****** - $125,****** p.a. plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
About School InfrastructureSchool Infrastructure (SI) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school.
This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.
About the role Provide financial analysis to support program priorities and inform decision making Undertake analysis and review of financial data, including Program budget adjustments Provide advice and guidance to management and staff across a range of financial and administrative matters Develop and maintain records and databases, complying with relevant information management policies and procedures Monitor and review expenditure, and identify and emerging issues and risks, to enable effective program evaluation Develop, maintain and review processes, tools and frameworks to support continuous improvement and innovation For further information please click here to view the role description.
About you Self-motivated and committed individual with a continuous-improvement mindset & strong deadline discipline Critical Thinker with the ability to problem solve Preferred experience in Project Capitalisation & Budget Adjustments Extensive experience in Financial Reporting, Cashflow Forecasting and month end reconciliations Advanced Excel skills Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.




Essential requirements of the role Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and/or equivalent experience Current NSW Drivers Licence Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
