.NBMLHD is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day to day maintenance operations across our facilities.
This role is responsible for supervising trade staff and contractors, managing work orders through the AFM online system, and ensuring all maintenance activities align with NBMLHD policies and relevant legislation.
You will coordinate preventative and statutory maintenance programs, support accreditation and audit processes, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
The role also involves managing stock levels, ensuring equipment availability, and assisting in the development of lifecycle replacement plans.
A key part of this position includes participating in a 24/7 rotating on call roster to ensure continuous support for facility operations.Join a team that plays a critical role in maintaining safe, functional healthcare environments.
