The Nepean Campus has recently experienced tremendous growth and aims to support communities within and outside of Sydney's western suburbs, providing world-class clinical facilities, services, and care.An exciting opportunity has opened for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Medical Imaging team at Nepean Hospital in a temporary six‐month role, with both full‐time and part‐time options available.

you will play a vital part in ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients and their carers by promoting excellence in practice and escalating care appropriately whenever needed.
You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, using clear and effective communication to plan, deliver, assess and evaluate patient care across a range of specialised imaging procedures.

What you will bring to the roleCurrent registration as a Registered Nurse (Division
1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Demonstrated acute care experience as a registered nurse (including Completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse)Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workDemonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred careDemonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbalDemonstrated commitment to professional developmentAbility to work a flexible roster, day, evening or night shift across all days of the week according to the unit/service requirementsEmployment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.Need more information?
