About You
As aSports Coordinator (2pt), you will inspire students through the development,
promotion and organisation of the sporting program for the College.
As a teacher, you will engage students through quality instruction in a Catholic learning environment.
The position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.
You'll bring:
a passion for sport and promoting the benefits of participation for young people
leadership skills to improve the participation and performance of sport in the College
outstanding organisation and management skills in the preparation of the weekly sports program and major sporting events
strong interpersonal and collaboration skills in working with staff and students across the College
the ability to create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
the ability to utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
This role is classified as child-related work and therefore requires a WWCC clearance prior to commencement of employment.
