Downer is seeking an Industrialisation Manager for its Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast.
You will oversee the industrialisation strategy from bid to delivery, leading interfaces with project partners and driving standardisation and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the GM of Operations, this full time, on-site role requires 5+ years in industrialisation, knowledge of manufacturing and safety practices, and the ability to deliver projects from concept to production.
