About the Role
This is a full‐time, 12‐month maternity leave contract role supporting our busy Personal Injury team.
As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in our Personal Injury team, you will play a key role in supporting our lawyers to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
Working in a fast‐paced and collaborative environment, you will assist with the day‐to‐day management of files, client communications, and preparation of legal documentation to ensure matters progress efficiently.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of personal injury matters and provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical legal skills while working closely with experienced professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide administration assistance by preparing important legal documents
Maintain and organise client files to ensure smooth operations
Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding case details and scheduling
Prepare and file court documents electronically and manage court filings
Assist in managing calendars, appointments, and deadlines for the legal team
Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements
Support our expert Personal Injury team in achieving the best results for our clients
Who We're Looking For
Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or in administration (within legal preferred)
Highly organised with solid attention to detail and time management skills
A positive, 'can‐do' attitude and outstanding communication skills
Previous experience in a law firm or exposure to personal injury law an advantage
Familiar with legal systems and tech‐savvy
