Responsibilities
Letting and vetting various subcontractor packages
Managing the financials of a project and ensuring it adheres to the program and scope
Assessing and submitting progress claims
Submitting variations, RFI's, EOT's and NOD's
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and other relevant internal personnel
Experienced Required
2-5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator for a Commercial Headcontractor




Proven track record delivering Multi-Level Construction projects required
Proficient with Cheops and Aconex softwares sought after
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player mindset and driven attitude
