As aProject Manager – SaaS Implementations, you'll lead end‐to‐end delivery of ELMO solutions for our customers.
You'll be the primary point of contact across business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and with a great customer experience.
What you'll be focused on
Own and manageproject timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping delivery on track
Guidecustomer project managers and project teamsusing ELMO's implementation methodology
Keep stakeholders informed withclear, regular updateson status, milestones, risks, and issues
Identify and manageproject risks and dependencies, proactively resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes
Managechanges to scope, schedule, and costwith minimal disruption and clear impact communication




Maintain clear, comprehensiveproject documentationfrom kickoff through to closure
Build strongclient relationships, ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements and drive adoption of our SaaS solutions
More about you
Proven track record as aProject Manager in a SaaS implementation environment
Strongrelationship‐builderwith both internal and external stakeholders (including senior business sponsors and technical teams)
Solid knowledge and hands‐on experience withproject management methodologies(e.g. Waterfall, Agile or hybrid)
Experience working withend users, business owners, and technology teamsto drive project outcomes
Good understanding ofsoftware delivery / development processesand how they intersect with client change management
PM qualifications (e.g.PRINCE2, PMP) with proven delivery experience are highly regarded
Comfortable operating withambiguity, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and bringing structure to change
Or, you're an experiencedHRIS/Payroll or SaaS implementation consultantlooking to move formally into Project Management and own the full project lifecycle
