About the Role
As a Service Controls Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of control and automation systems.
You'll work independently in the field while being supported by an experienced technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission and service automated control systems and associated equipment
Program, configure and optimise control devices
Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting to minimise downtime
Conduct preventative maintenance and system upgrades




Ensure systems operate safely, efficiently and within specification
Provide exceptional service and technical support to customers
Liaise with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
Adhere to all safety and compliance requirements
About You
You will ideally have experience within controls, automation, BMS, HVAC controls, industrial automation, electrical maintenance or a similar technical environment.
You are:
A strong problem solver who enjoys fault-finding
Customer-focused and professional
Comfortable working autonomously in the field
Safety-conscious with excellent communication skills
Motivated to continue learning and developing your technical skills
