About the Role
As our Hairdresser, you will provide a full range of hairdressing and beauty services to residents within our aged care home.
This includes:
Shampooing, cutting, colouring, and styling hair
Scalp treatments and massages
Makeup application and wig dressing
Hair removal services
Nail and skin care treatments
You'll play an important role in enhancing residents' wellbeing, confidence, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality hairdressing and beauty services
Maintain a clean, protected, and welcoming salon environment
Ensure accurate documentation of appointments and treatments
Manage stock levels and secure storage of products
Uphold TLC's health, safety, and environmental standards
Support a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture
What You'll Bring

Ability to work autonomously and manage your schedule

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful, you will have:




A recognised qualification in hairdressing and/or beauty
2+ years' experienceas a hairdresser or beautician
Experience in aged care or general practice settings (preferred)
Strong commitment to resident-focused care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compliance Requirements
Valid driver's licence - Essential
Right to work in Australia
