The Federation of Community Legal Centres (Vic) (the Federation) is a fast-paced and dynamic organisation that leads and supports excellence in the community legal sector, promotes the purpose and value of community legal centres (CLCs), and advances social justice and a fair legal system.

This role contributes to a key priority in the Community Legal Sector's 10-year plan: building shared tools to strengthen the sector's sustainability and community impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity tocoordinate and supporta new sector-wide knowledge sharing portal that enables collaboration, innovation and best practice across Victoria's CLCs.
AsPortal Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring portal content is current, accessible and easy to use.
You will act as the key point of contact for CLC portal users, supporting access, managing content and ensuring that governance processes are followed.
You will work closely with Federation staff,



external IT providers and CLC portal users to maintain and improve the platform so that it continues to meet evolving needs.
You will engage with staff at CLC member centres to promote the portal and encourage its use, as well as providing guidance and education to build confidence and capability.
You will also contribute to ongoing improvements by monitoring usage, identifying trends and supporting enhancements to the portal's functionality and user experience.
Through your work, you will help strengthen knowledge sharing and contribute to a more connected and effective community legal sector.
ABOUT YOU
You are anorganised and proactiveadministrator and coordinator who enjoys supporting others and improving systems.
You bring astrong customer service mindsetand are confident working with a range of stakeholders in a team-oriented environment.
You have experience in administration, ideally in document or records management, and are confident using Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint and Teams.
Experience working with portal or content management systems will be highly regarded.
You communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbally, and are comfortable coordinating meetings, facilitating discussions and supporting group processes.
You have strong attention to detail and can follow governance processes while managing multiple priorities.
You bringsound judgement, analytical and problem-solving skillsand apractical, solutions-focusedapproach,



along with an interest in technology and continuous improvement.
You are motivated by collaboration and are committed to contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace and to the Federation's social justice mission.

An attractive base salary, plus annual leave loading and salary packaging (up to $18,550 pa of your salary tax free).
