Senior Occupational Therapist | Flexible Working
This paediatric private practice, located in the Western Suburbs, is searching for an Occupational Therapist to join their team.
Their clients range from 18 months to 20 years old, and they have both full-time and part time positions available at theirMoonee Ponds or Sunshine North clinics.
This position is perfect for an energetic Occupational Therapist who is willing to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment and work with a variety of clients.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload and providing various therapy services, such as assessments, interventions, goal setting, and creating comprehensive therapy plans.
Your day to day will include:
Work from their clinic located in Moonee Ponds, Sunshine North or at local schools
1:1 weekly supervision and weekly supervision and cross discipline supervision
Varied paediatric caseload from ages 1-18 working with a variety of conditions based on your clinical interest areas
Work from home as needed to complete relevant reporting or administration tasks
See clients in clinic or at local schools if desired
Reduced billable target as Occupational Therapy team grows and supervision/leadership responsibilities increase
Supervision fortnightly - weekly based on your preference and cross discipline supervision
Receive cross discipline support and have learning opportunities from Speechies and Psychologists within the team
Fortnightly team supervision includes regular PD and sharing of complex cases
Opportunity to specialise in your clinical interest areas
Large resource library accessible to all therapists

Salary from $90K - $125K + super (based on experience level)
Travel reimbursement of 98c per km (if necessary)

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
2+ years postgraduate experience
