Salary: AUD41 - AUD41 per hour + + Super
We are seeking a motivated and organisedAdministration Assistantto join a busy and supportive team.
This is afull-time casual position paying $***** per hour, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right person.
You'll be involved in a variety of administration and day-to-day support tasks, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy and being part of a team.

The Role
Assist with ordering parts and supplies
Prepare and send customer invoices
Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries




Data entry and general administration duties
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with stock and parts put-aways when required
Provide general support to the wider team
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal staff
About You
Previous administration or customer service experience
Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable answering phones and dealing with customers
High attention to detail and accuracy
Willing to assist with a variety of tasks across the business
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
