The Role




You will provide high-quality specialist anaesthetic services across a diverse clinical casemix, including:
Elective and emergency anaesthesia
Participation in an **on-call roster**
Teaching and supervision of junior doctors and trainees
Involvement in **clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement**
Opportunity to develop **subspecialty interests**

Total remuneration up to $528,000+**
Base salary up to ~$266K + allowances
*******% superannuation + 17.5% leave loading**

**Professional Development Allowance ($21,500 p.a.)**

Requirements
Fellowship of the **Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA)** or equivalent
Eligible for **Specialist Registration with AHPRA**
Strong commitment to patient-centred care, teamwork, and teaching
**International Medical Graduates encouraged to apply:**
Substantially Comparable (ANZCA)
UK CCT / Ireland / NZ equivalent pathways
