About the Role
Providing outstanding customer service.
Merchandising and maintaining an inviting store presentation.
Processing sales and assisting customers with product enquiries.
Receiving and replenishing stock.
Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
Supporting day-to-day store operations.
Contributing ideas to help grow the business.
Assisting with the store's social media and online presence, including creating engaging content and interacting with our online community.
For leadership roles: coaching and motivating the team, rostering, achieving sales targets and overseeing daily operations.
About You
Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
Are reliable, motivated and take pride in their work.
Have strong communication skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail workplace.
Are confident using social media platforms or are eager to learn.
Can work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
Retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
