About You
Proven experience in asset finance, lending, BDM roles, or a high performing sales environment.
A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
Confidence working independently, backed by a national team.
Strong work ethic, discipline, and a customer first mindset.
About The Role
Build, manage, and grow referral and supplier relationships.
Drive new business opportunities and consistently meet/exceed KPIs.
Stay informed on asset finance products, lenders, and market trends.
Maintain necessary accreditations and compliance obligations.
Requirements
Permanent Australian residency
Current Australian Driver Licence
Finance or Sales industry experience
