The Opportunity
Our client is a leading Australian infrastructure organisation with a strong national presence and continued growth trajectory.
As they continue to invest in their finance function, they are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable professional to take ownership of a critical AR division for the group.
The role will handle a complex multi-entity portfolio, requiring solid stakeholder management.
This is an excellent prospect for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys a broad role combining collections leadership, stakeholder management, process improvement and operational ownership.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes across a diverse portfolio of accounts
Ensuring accurate month-end AR close, reconciliations and reporting
Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Track specific KPIs and variances
Preparing AR reporting and providing key performance insightsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and automation within AR
The Expertise
To be considered for this role, you will bring:
6+ years' experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit or Collections environments
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across a business
A proactive and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
