Mercy Health in Victoria is seeking a Registered Nurse to support clients living independently at home by providing complex nursing care.
You will develop and implement personalised care plans and regularly assess and evaluate consumer care.
You will supervise Enrolled Nurses and Home Care Workers, bringing reliability, resilience and heart to a team-oriented team dedicated to community wellbeing.
Essential you hold AHPRA registration, a current Police Check, First Aid with CPR, driver license
