Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick Packer / Store Person to join their busy warehouse team in Toowoomba.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong computer skills, and takes pride in ensuring customer orders are picked and packed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems
Receive, check, store, and dispatch incoming goods
Process orders and maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems
Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management
Ensure all orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time
Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required
Work closely with team members to meet daily operational targets
About You
Previous warehouse, stores, pick packing, or inventory experience preferred
Strong computer skills and confidence using inventory or warehouse management systems




Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse setting
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
