Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative, customer service and operational support to the BDM and broader sales team.
You'll be the link between customers, production, purchasing and delivery — making sure orders are processed right the first time, quotes are followed up, and every restaurant, hospitality or trade customer gets a consistently great experience.
Day to day, you'll manage the sales pipeline and quote follow-ups, process customer orders and liaise with production on availability, maintain accurate pricing and CRM records, and support onboarding of recent trade customers.
You'll also own communication with our wholesale customer base via marketing channels — creating and distributing weekly specials and monthly newsletters, supporting seasonal campaigns, tracking email performance, and keeping the subscriber list up to date.
Alongside this, you'll work closely with the BDM to spot opportunities to grow customer spend and win back lapsed accounts.
