Our Northern Beaches office continues to experience strong growth, and we are looking for an experiencedSenior Associate Family Lawyer Northern Beachesto help drive the continued success of the practice.
This role offers the opportunity to manage sophisticated matters, mentor junior lawyers,



strengthen referral relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm.
About the Senior Associate Family Lawyer Northern Beaches Role
As a Senior Associate Family Lawyer Northern Beaches, you will work with a respected team of family law professionals dedicated to achieving outstanding outcomes for clients.
You'll have access to quality matters, strong referral networks, modern systems and genuine opportunities to progress your career within one of Australia's leading specialist family law firms.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing complex parenting, property and financial matters
Conducting negotiations, mediations and litigation
Appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
Advising clients on all aspects of family law
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Developing referral networks and business development opportunities
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyersAssisting with team development and knowledge sharing
Delivering practical, commercially focused outcomes for clients
You will enjoy significant autonomy while benefiting from the support of highly experienced family law professionals and a collaborative national team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
At least 7 years' post-admission experience (PAE) in Family Law




Experience independently managing complex family law matters
Robust advocacy, negotiation and litigation skills
Exceptional communication and client relationship abilities
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
Strong commercial awareness and business development skills
Excellent organisational and practice management abilities
A commitment to outstanding client service and professional excellence
