We're seeking an experienced and passionateCarpentry | Painting & Decorating| Building and Construction Trainer & Assessorto deliver following programs:
CPC***** Certificate III in Carpentry.
OR
CPC***** Certificate III in Painting and Decorating, OR
CPC***** Certificate IV in Building and Construction, CPC***** Diploma of Building and Construction (Building).

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and hands-on training to domestic and international students in above programs(s).
Assess student competencies in line with the Standards for RTOs **** and industry requirements.
Develop and update training resources to ensure relevance and compliance.




Provide mentorship and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
CPC***** Certificate III in Carpentry; OR CPC***** Certificate III in Painting and Decorating; OR CPC***** Certificate IV in Building and Construction; CPC***** Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)(or higher)or equivalent qualification.
MUST have a current TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment(or equivalent).
Significantvocational experiencein carpentry, ideally with recent industry exposure.
Comprehensive knowledge ofindustry standards and safety regulations.
Strong understanding of theStandards for RTOs ****and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Demonstrated experience in training and assessing within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Strong connections with the construction industry.
