This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in plant operations, stockpile management, and working in a team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations: Oversee quality of raw material intake and movement into ore shed; stockpile management; operation of front-end machinery; production flow into downstream packing processing to achieve daily production targets; operating front end loader and forklift.Team Work: Work in a small team of operators, to ensure safe, accountable and productive behaviour; co-ordinate with Site Manager and other supervisors on daily production plans.Safety compliance: Enforce WHS standards and company policies; complete pre-start checks and Take 5; complete shutdown procedures; conduct toolbox talks; identify hazards; complete incident reports; maintain a safety- first culture.Equipment oversight: Monitor conveyors, elevators, hoppers, crushers, dryer, screens, and other machinery; preventative maintenance; escalate maintenance needs; perform troubleshooting; keeping work areas clean.Quality control:



Ensure product meets specifications; manage contamination risks; complete quality checks and documentation; coordinate sampling and laboratory testing requirements.Workflow coordination: Maintain transparent communication with production, maintenance, logistics and contractor teams to achieve daily production targets and a safe worksite.Reporting: Record production data, downtime, safety actions, and shift summaries.Continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support efficiency initiatives.About YouExperience in mining, manufacturing or processing environmentsCurrent HR licence and valid driver's licenceExperienced forklift and loader operatorProactive, punctual and reliable attitude and commitment to maintaining and clean and safe working environment.Strong knowledge of plant operations and stockpile managementMechanical aptitude for understanding plant equipment and troubleshootingCompetent numeracy and literacy skillsStrong commitment to safety, quality and efficiency.What's on OfferFull time positionCompetitive hourly rate (based on experience)Ongoing, stable roleSupportive team environmentOpportunity to step into a leadership positionPay: $***** – $***** per hourWork Location: In person
