We work hard and we have a lot of fun doing it.We're looking for a Bar and Floor Manager who can lead service with confidence and bring real hospitality experience to the role.
This is a part-time position running approximately 25 to 30 hours a week across Wednesday to Saturday, covering lunch and dinner services.
It's a four-day week with real structure and genuine scope to grow for the right person.What the role looks like day to day:Leading the floor during service and setting the tone for the teamRunning and supporting the bar, with a real hand in the wine programManaging bookings and event enquiries as they come inOverseeing stock, stocktake,



and ordering so things keep running without running outRostering and managing team members with fairness and claritySolving the inevitable problems that come with a busy venue, calmly and on the flyWhat we're looking for:2 to 3 years in hospitality management, with experience running both a floor and a barStrong, genuine wine knowledge.
