Auxilium Recovery Network is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join a consistent support team assisting a participant living in Dawesville (Mandurah/Peel Region).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values building meaningful relationships, providing high-quality person-centred support and becoming an integral part of a participant's everyday life.
We are looking for Support Workers who understand that consistency, patience and trust are essential when supporting individuals with complex support needs.
Shift Times
Morning: 7:30am – 9:30am
Evening: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Additional lunchtime shifts: 12:00pm – 2:00pm (available on some days)
Regular weekly shifts are available for the right candidate, with penalty rates applying where applicable under the relevant award.
About the Role
Working alongside another Support Worker on every shift
Personal care support
In-home support with occasional community access
Manual handling assistance (no hoisting or heavy lifting required)
Supporting daily routines while promoting independence, choice and dignity
Building a positive and trusting relationship with the participant over time

We are seeking Support Workers who are emotionally resilient and able to remain calm, professional and supportive during these moments without taking behaviours personally.

Essential Requirements
Previous experience supporting people living with disability
Experience providing personal care
Manual Handling training
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual and committed to regular shifts
