We are seeking an experienced and passionate full-time cook to join our growing team.About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Chef to lead and contribute to the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Indian cuisine to consistently high standards.
This is a hands-on, senior kitchen role.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and cook a wide range of Indian and contemporary dishesDesign, develop, and update menus in line with seasonal ingredients and customer preferencesSupervise, train, and coordinate kitchen staff including cooks and kitchen handsEnsure all food preparation meets strict hygiene, food safety, and quality standardsMonitor food stock levels, order supplies,



and manage kitchen inventoryControl portion sizes and minimise food wastageEnsure compliance with relevant health and safety legislationCollaborate with management on costing, pricing, and menu engineeringRequired Qualifications and Experience :Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent recognised qualificationMinimum 1 year of post-qualification full-time (or equivalent part time) relevant experience as a ChefIf no trade qualification then a minimum 3 years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) relevant experience as a ChefAll candidates must also demonstrate: Ability to lead and manage a kitchen teamStrong knowledge of food hygiene regulations and food safety practicesAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysJob Type: Permanent Full-timeSalary: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum (plus Superannuation)Location: Victoria Park, WA ****Willetton, WA ****Pay: $80,****** – $90,****** per yearWork Location: In person
