Dott & Crossitt is looking for an experienced Registered Conveyancer to run their own portfolio of residential, commercial and off-the-plan matters, with real autonomy and genuine support behind them.
Location: Glenelg office, 2 days in-office / 3 days WFH — and we're genuinely open to fully remote for the right person, wherever you're based!

You'll join a team that gives you the tools, the support and the trust to manage your files your way.
What You'll Do• Manage your own portfolio of residential, commercial and off-the-plan conveyancing files end to end
• Prepare and review contracts, and explain the process clearly to clients along the way
• Be the team's go-to on SA property legislation, compliance and process
• Coordinate with clients, agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors to keep things moving
• Run settlements through PEXA and our digital platforms
• Flag risks early and help us keep improving how we work
• Manage a caseload that's busy but realistic, with paralegal and admin support so you're not doing it alone
What You'll Bring• Registered Conveyancer with a current SA practising certificate
• At least 2 years' experience running your own conveyancing files
• Solid grasp of SA property law, contracts and the end-to-end conveyancing process
• Confidence with PEXA (experience with triConvey is a bonus, not a must)
• Experience with Form 1 documentation and final checks
• Solid communication skills — you can explain the complex stuff simply, even when things get busy
• Someone who's organised, reliable and takes pride in getting the details right
