Integritas Accountants and Advisers Pty Ltd – Footscray VIC is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to own the current-client experience from acceptance to compliant file setup.
You will manage AML/CTF obligations, KYC checks, engagement letters, and onboarding workflows in XPM, Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks, coordinating with ASIC and ATO processes.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a growing public-practice firm with scope to expand the function as the practice grows.
