About the role
In this dual role, we are looking for a full time person, you will support bothcustomer serviceand be awarehouse assistant,helping ensure our customers receive the best service, and our products are handled with care.
Customer Service Responsibilities
Visit and assist in-person to our customers
Setting up our flooring display for our Sydney customers
Work with our dedicated Administration Team in our Office
We require somebody who is confidant who can work alone and as a team
Following the lead of the senior sales team and management
Warehouse Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
Receive and check incoming goods
Maintain stock organisation and cleanliness
Assist with stock takes and inventory control
About you
Experience in customer service, and warehousing
Helpful attitude
A willingness to learn about flooring and underlay and related products
Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
