Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Bar Supervisor to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT.
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be delivering first-class services to VIP members and guests, utilising your impeccable bartender and coffee-making skills, providing exceptional guest service.

What you will do?
Supervise, train, and develop team members, ensuring the exceptional delivery of guest service excellence
Roster team members effectively to meet business requirements
Monitor and review performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Ensure the flawless delivery of all food and beverage services to guests
Complete bartender and coffee-making duties,



sharing knowledge of in-house wines and spirits, monthly specials, and promotions
More about you
Certificates in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling
Experience as a bar supervisor, as well as training and developing a team
Food Safety Certificate and HACCP knowledge
Understanding of licensing requirements, and liquor, bar tending, and service protocols
Understanding of marketing and promotions within a bar setting
Available to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
