The Lakes Resort Cairns, part of Sunshine Group Australia, is seeking a motivated Temporary Receptionist for a ~3 month front-of-house assignment in Cairns North.
You will be the welcoming face of the resort, handling guest check-ins/outs, inquiries, and daily front desk operations.
You will coordinate RMS-driven tasks, manage OTA reservations (Booking.com, Trip.com, Expedia), and work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
