Proven experience in a fine dining or similar high-end hospitality environment, with expertise as a section waiter.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and exceptional communication skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Possession of a valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
A desire to perform at the highest level
