We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to join our Dandenong South team.
This is a varied role that combines customer service & sales administration.
We are looking for someone who understands the signage and printing industry and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role
As our Customer Service & Sales Support Officer, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our Sales and Production teams.
You'll prepare and follow up quotations, process customer orders, liaise with customers and pre-production staff, and ensure accurate job information is maintained.
This is a busy, hands-on role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
Prepare and follow up customer quotations
Process sales orders and maintain accurate job information
Liaise with customers and pre-production staff
Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team
Assist with customer follow-up
About You




To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in the printing industry
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience preparing quotes and processing orders
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple customer enquiries, quotations and orders while working to deadlines
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Sound computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of signage materials and large format print production processes
Experience using estimating, CRM, or job management software
