We are building our team for a major transport infrastructure project in Perth that will help shape the future of Western Australia's road network.
Delivered through an Alliance model, this complex civil infrastructure project includes major road, bridge, drainage, rail interface and traffic management works across a significant transport corridor.
Following an initial CBD mobilisation phase, the project will transition to site South of the River.
You will help establish the commercial systems, processes and relationships that will support successful project delivery from the outset.
About the opportunity
We are seekingExpressions of Interestfrom experienced Senior Contract Administrators who are looking to be part of a major infrastructure project from the very beginning.
Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Manager and broader delivery team, you will play a key role in protecting the project's commercial position while managing subcontractor relationships, contract administration and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional who enjoys working collaboratively in a high-performing Alliance environment and wants to contribute to one of WA's most significant transport infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
Administer and manage subcontract and supplier contracts throughout delivery.
Support commercial reporting, forecasting and financial performance.
Assess and negotiate variations, claims and contractual entitlements.
Work closely with project teams to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
Mentor Contract Administrators and contribute to the development of the commercial team.
What will you bring?




Experience as a Senior Contract Administrator on major civil infrastructure projects.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing subcontractor contracts, claims and variations.
Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and commercial administration.
Alliance project experience highly regarded.
Experience across roads, bridges, rail or marine infrastructure will be highly regarded.
