The successful applicant will possess:
Previous experience as a Service Advisoror experienced Mechanic/Automotive Technician looking to progress
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Australian driver's licence
Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
A professional and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Automotive technical knowledge will be highly regarded
