Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multi-site operations across ACT & SNSW, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with WHS policies and procedures
Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects efficiently with a focus on productivity and profitability
Support the growth of the ACT & SNSW portfolio and expansion of services
Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites
Ensure all incidents, hazards, and near misses are reported and managed appropriately
Prepare and communicate accurate operational and performance reports

About The Candidate
3+ years' experience in a multi-site operations or regional supervisor role
Experience in construction, industrial, logistics or similar environments
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Proven ability to build client relationships and identify business opportunities
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and operational systems

A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
