What You'll Be Doing
Your day might include:
Greeting customers as they arrive
Helping customers collect and return their vehicles
Answering phone and email enquiries
Processing bookings and rental agreements
Recommending upgrades and optional extras when they suit the customer
Coordinating vehicles with our operations team




Solving customer questions and creating memorable experiences

You don't need years of experience—we can teach you the job.
We're looking for people who are:
Friendly and approachable
Confident talking with customers
Sales postitive mindset
Reliable and punctual
Positive with a can-do attitude
Comfortable using computers
Happy working in a busy customer-facing environment
Hold a current Australian Driver Licence
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, tourism or car rental is highly regarded—but not essential.

Availability
We haveFull-Time and Part-Timepositions available.
Our business operates seven days a week, so you'll need to be available to workboth Saturday and Sundayas part of a rotating roster.
