About The Role
We are looking for aSenior DevOps / Cloud & Security Engineerto take ownership of our cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, and security posture.
This is ahands‐on, senior rolewhere you'll design, build, and operate reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure that supports a modern, data‐heavy SaaS platform.
You'll work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to improve reliability, performance, cost‐efficiency, and developer experience—while ensuring security and compliance are built in by design.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and operatesecure, scalable Azure infrastructure
Own and improveCI/CD pipelinesand release processes using Azure DevOps
Driveinfrastructure as codeand environment automation
Implement and enforceDevSecOps best practices
Improveobservability, reliability, and cost optimisation
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Support ML, Databricks, andElasticsearchworkloads in production
Partner closely with engineers to enable fast, protected delivery
What We're Looking For




5+ years' experience inDevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering
Strong hands‐on experience withMicrosoft Azure
Experience withTerraform, Bicep, ARM, or similar IaC tools
Strong CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
Solid understanding ofsecurity by design(IAM, Key Vault, networking, zero‐trust)
Experience operatingproduction SaaS platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‐technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience supportingML / AI workloads, Databricks, or MLOps pipelines
Elasticsearch cluster management and performance tuningExposure to AI Ops or data‐heavy platforms
