Your New Role
Support people of all ages with intellectual and/or physical disability, and/or mental health conditions with high quality support.
Commit to regular and consistent shift schedules that match your availability, across day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts.
Build relationships using clear communication and interpersonal skills, while promoting choice, dignity, and independence.
Support customers with personal care, daily tasks, and community participation, which may include manual handling and respond effectively to challenging behaviours.
Adapt to support each person's unique needs and respond to challenging behaviours.
Assist with physical health,



emotional wellbeing and positive routines.
Implement care plans and maintain clear documentation.
Provide timely and consistent communication to the operational team to support smooth coordination and high-quality service delivery.

Let's Talk About You
You'll be a outstanding fit for this role if you have:
12 months or more industry experience
If you have 6 months industry experience and are undertaking a relevant certificate.
Working with Children (Paid) Check
NDIS Worker Screening (Paid) Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Ability to provide Government issued photo identification
Valid Australian working rights
Unrestricted Open Driver's Licence
